We love this simple Chimichurri for any steak dish you’d want to serve! Personally, we love to use this on steak sandwiches or flatbreads!
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
3-4 cloves garlic finely minced ( 1 Clove garlic = 1.5 teaspoons minced )
2 medium sized adobo chipotle peppers
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 level teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Can make up to 48 hours before serving!
Cook up some steak bites,, fresh sliced mozzarella and diced or slices tomatoes and put on your favorite roll! Drizzle Chimicurri over the top and enjoy!
